    Onboard the parties

    The buyer, exporter and cooperative pass KYB, beneficial-ownership and sanctions checks. Roles separate administrators, operators, financial approvers, compliance reviewers and auditors.

    Agree terms and evidence

    Both sides accept one contract version: grade, quantity, lot identity, trade terms, inspections and the documents that will prove each one.

    Attach and verify evidence

    Inspection reports, weighbridge tickets and bills of lading are recorded with issuer, capture time and hash. Rules evaluate them and explain why each requirement passed, failed or is unknown.

  4. 04

    Create the obligation

    Once acceptance rules are met, AXK creates one obligation with payer, beneficiaries, currency, exact amounts and release conditions. The beneficiary list is locked at approval.

    Confirm funding

    The buyer pays through a licensed partner. AXK waits for the provider's settled status, matches the payer and reserves the funds in the ledger before anything is released.

    Settle every beneficiary

    Each leg is routed to an eligible rail: bank, mobile money or Stellar USDC. Uncertain outcomes are reconciled with the original provider before anything is resent.

    Reconcile and issue the receipt

    Internal events are matched to bank statements, processor files and chain records. The trade closes only when every leg is settled or explicitly resolved, then a verifiable receipt is issued.
